Hap Plain – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
From a young age, Hap had a natural curiosity for how things worked—often taking apart computers just to put them back together. Growing up in the Bay Area, he worked as a Genius at the Apple Bar before attending the University of Redlands. His career began in medical devices, giving him an even deeper appreciation for precision and technology. After relocating to Monterey to be closer to family, Hap spent over a decade with Lexus and Toyota of Monterey Peninsula, honing his leadership skills and dedication to customer service. After acquiring Monterey Technology Solutions, Hap combined its strong foundation with his own technical expertise and genuine passion for innovation. Known for his motto, ‘I mean what I say, and I say what I do,’ he leads with integrity, intelligence, and a hands-on commitment.

Jessica Plain – Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Jessica began her career in Monterey, working in hospitality and sales for the Pebble Beach Company. There, she developed a sharp eye for detail, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. Her passion for design led her to earn a Master’s degree in Interior Architecture and Design from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Her career has spanned managing residential construction projects, working in commercial interior design, and overseeing design and build-out large-scale civic projects overseas. Blending technical expertise with project management skills, Jessica is excited to bring her design knowledge and community focus to local clients. Outside of work, she loves spending time with their son Henry, and their rescue German Shepherd mix, Luna.
